Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Head position located in Hyderabad. The Finance Head will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including formulating and implementing financial strategies. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, preparing and analyzing financial reports, leading budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves providing financial insights to support decision-making, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring overall fiscal stability within the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and influence strategic decisions
• In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and best practices
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred)
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the chemical, polymers, or related industries
• Strong team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Awareness of environmental sustainability in financial practices is a plus

l   Prepare and monitor annual budgets (Revenue & Expenses).

l   Implement cost control and margin improvement measures.

l   Optimize cash flows and manage working capital limits.

l   Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.

l   Assist in fund-raising and explore private equity opportunities.

l   Reduce cost of Funds.

l   Prepare financial projections.

l   Evaluate project finance for new products and warehouse expansion.

l   Ensure financial discipline and improve business processes.
