Sr. Engineer - Planning

The Sr. Engineer - Planning is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The role involves project planning, scheduling, and monitoring overall construction progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, managing resources, performing cost estimation, creating regular progress reports, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and mitigating risks. The Sr. Engineer will work closely with project teams and management to deliver solutions aligned with company objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and resource management techniques
• Experience in risk analysis, preparation of progress reports, and monitoring construction timelines
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation relevant to civil engineering and infrastructure projects
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and regulatory standards in construction
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master's degree and relevant certifications will be an advantage
• Prior experience in large-scale residential or infrastructure projects is preferred
