Manager finance

Location: Hyderabad, India

Role Objective:

Own end-to-end finance for the organization. Drive compliance, controls, reporting, and decision support across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall finance function including accounting, compliance, taxation, and reporting

Ensure compliance with Indian regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and international frameworks where applicable

Manage global taxation exposure including transfer pricing and cross-border structures

Oversee financial reporting aligned to IFRS and US GAAP

Handle government, audit, and regulatory interactions

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles

Build financial visibility for leadership with clear MIS and actionable insights

Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and process discipline

Own ERP/accounting systems and improve financial data integrity

Requirements:

Strong exposure to Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and global taxation frameworks

Working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

Experience managing multi-entity or multi-country finance operations

Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate numbers into decisions

Proven leadership experience managing finance teams

Ideal Profile:

CA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience in a growing or mid-sized organization with international exposure

Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
