Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do
- Sales Reconciliation Ensuring Sales are being reconciled on a daily basis with corresponding
payments.
- Data Management & Validation Data collection and validating to ensure accuracy and integrity
of data.
- Inventory Management Coordination with various stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking.
- Quick Books Good knowledge of quick books to ensure the sale, purchase, expense, payment,
etc.
- Operations Management PO/Invoice Creation, Stakeholder Management.
- Process Improvements Implementing tools to optimize process, Finding and fixing gaps
across process/system for work to be automated
Qualifications & Skills/What You Need
- Education: Graduate (Finance Stream)
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in finance, data management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- A self-starter, eager to learn and adapt to new processes
