We are looking for a highly motivated Finance professional with strong expertise in the Fintech industry and a solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles for financial services companies. This role provides exposure to CXO-level reporting, FPnA process and Fund Raising.
Key Responsibilites
- MIS and Reporting:Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for CXOs, Board, and Investors.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, partnering with business teams to support achievement of financial targets
- Commercial Contracting: Understanding and assessing the commercial structure in the sales/partnering agreements
- Support for Fund Raising and Strategic Projects: Provide support in financial modeling, reviewing term sheet , raising bank instruments and transaction processes of Lender / MnA due diligence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between finance and other business units, facilitating communication and supporting closure of deliverables
Key Skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and management reporting. Advance skills in Excel and PPT. is a must.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting (IFRS, Indian GAAP), and core financial concepts relevant to fintech products and services
- Good underbanking instruments (term loans, working capital, bank guarantees), investor reporting, and transaction structuring for fundraising or M&A
- Understanding of contracting structure
