Job Title: Field Service / Site Visit Executive
Department: Operations
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager
Role OverviewThe Field Service / Site Visit Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all on-site activities, conducting technical/site assessments, coordinating with clients and vendors, and preparing post-visit documentation. This role ensures service quality, compliance, and timely reporting to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Visits & Assessments
· Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits across assigned locations.
· Perform technical evaluations, safety checks, and service readiness assessments.
· Identify on-ground challenges and recommend corrective actions.
2. Service Execution Support
· Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, and vendors for smooth execution.
· Monitor quality of work during visits and ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and safety norms.
· Support execution planning (manpower, tools, material readiness).
3. Client Coordination
· Interact with clients during visits for requirements gathering, clarifications, and feedback.
· Provide updates and communicate issues promptly to the operations team.
4. Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare detailed site visit reports with observations, photos, and recommendations.
· Maintain checklists, service records, and compliance documentation.
· Update CRM/ERP systems (scheduling, visit logs, work progress).
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure adherence to industry standards
· Conduct mystery audits / post-service audits as assigned.
· Track repeated issues and raise red flags proactively.
6. Operational Coordination
· Support scheduling, vendor follow-up, and site readiness verification.
· Report manpower issues, safety gaps, and operational risks.
· Assist during project initiation, mobilization, and handover.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication and client-handling skills.
· Ability to identify technical/operational issues during site visits.
· Basic understanding of HVAC, cleaning services, facility operations, or field operations (industry can be customized).
· Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, basic CRM/ERP tools.
· Strong observation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification & Experience
· Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred).
· 1–4 years of field service / site inspection / operations experience.
· Freshers with strong willingness to work in field operations may also apply.
Work Conditions
· Travel to client sites.
· Flexible working hours depending on site schedules.
