Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks which include troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer service excellence. The role involves daily travel to client locations to install, maintain, and repair medical equipment, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Troubleshooting
• Strong Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Experience in the medical industry is a plus
