Role Description

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, presenting the company's services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with clients and partners to expand the company's network and influence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop targeted strategies
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Familiarity with the parenting ecosystem or child services is a key advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
