Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves managing the end-to-end process of onboarding vendors, including sourcing new vendor partners, reviewing and validating documentation, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate closely with vendors to resolve queries, maintain updated vendor profiles, and foster strong partnerships that align with ZestFindz's vision. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance of vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Seller Management, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Documentation Review, Compliance Processes, and Contract Management
  • Strong Coordination, Organizational, and Multi-tasking abilities
  • The ideal candidate should have a two-wheeler for field work, and the company provides fuel reimbursement
  • Annual Salary: 2.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in sales and field work
  • Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with data analysis tools and the ability to derive insights for informed decision-making
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with vendor management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within the retail, e-commerce, or logistics sector is advantageous
