Field Sales Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Engineer specializing in refrigeration and HVAC tools, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for selling engineering solutions, managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and creating technical proposals. The responsibilities also include identifying customer needs and providing appropriate technical support and solutions. Occasional work-from-home flexibility is offered for this role.

• Experience in Sales Engineering and proficiency in Sales-related tasks
• Strong skills in Account Management and Sales Management
• Background in Electrical Engineering and applicability in practical scenarios
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying potential clients
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field is required
• Previous experience in refrigeration or HVAC industries will be considered an advantage
