Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, meeting sales targets, conducting site visits to understand customer needs, and presenting tailored solar solutions. The role will also include generating leads, following up with clients, building lasting customer relationships, and providing support throughout the sales and installation process.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and generate effective sales leads
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Basic technical knowledge in Solar Energy and Renewable Energy solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field
