Job Overview
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to onboard homes and shops for LED frame installations across rural and semi-urban locations. This is a 100% field role involving lead generation, door-to-door visits, onboarding, and daily reporting.

North India
- Jaipur Rural, Lucknow Outer, Kanpur Dehat, Agra Rural, Patna Belt
South India
- Hyderabad Rural, Bangalore Rural, Coimbatore, Pollachi
West/East India
- Pune Rural, Indore Belt, Kolkata Rural
Key Responsibilities
- Visit rural & semi-urban areas to onboard households/shops for LED frame installation
- Lead generation from Monday to Thursday
- Sales closures on Friday (Target: 510 closings/day)
- Mandatory morning & evening meetings
- Daily reporting to the team lead
Candidate Requirements
- Age: 1838 years
- Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate
- Good knowledge of local geography
- Must own a smartphone
- Comfortable with field sales & travel
- Immediate joiners only
- Not accepting freelancers, part-timers, or BPO-only backgrounds
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 20,000 30,000
- Incentive: 500 per successful onboarding
- Weekly payout every Thursday
- Monthly Meeting Bonus: 500 (for attending daily meetings)
- Saturday Off (if Friday targets are met)
- Sunday Weekly Off
Weekly Work Structure
- MonThu: Field Visit + Lead Generation
- Fri: Sales Day (Closures)
- Sat: Off (If target achieved)
