Syrow Pvt. Ltd. is a CSaaS based Customer Experience Management company with Clientele from across the globe, focused on providing world-class Customer Service. Many businesses outsource their Customer Care activity to Syrow, our 24/7 Support ensures that their Customers are always taken care of. We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team at Syrow. Candidates will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting with clients on-site and achieving sales targets through direct, face-to-face interaction. Also, the Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential Customers through various channels and creating a pipeline of qualified leads. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products or services and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying new business leads through web research, calls, emails, and networking
- Visit potential and existing customers to present and promote products/services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Keeping accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure client acquisition goals are met
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with CRM and sales tools
- Strong time management skills
