Job Overview

Brad Realty is seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive for a Full-Time position at our Bengaluru office. The position is at the Junior level, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling our lighting products, ensuring a professional relationship with our clients, and hitting sales targets effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office for creating reports and presentations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices to build productive business relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, understanding the need to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing customers.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations that meet specific audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills with openness to feedback, enhancing client engagement and retention.
  • Required skills: Project Management, Relationship Building, Data Analysis Tools, CRM Software.
  • Must have skills: Time Management (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to address their needs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with ongoing engagement.
  • Contact prospective leads through cold calling, expanding our customer base.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints swiftly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports to management
  • Supply management with reports detailing customer needs, interests, and competitor activity.
  • Stay updated with best practices and promotional trends to continuously improve sales techniques.
