Field Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Surat. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting and explaining products and services, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. Regular client visits and effective communication will form a key part of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Understanding of Solar Power Plant Design, Electrical Design, and Engineering concepts
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion
• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Reporting
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of solar and electrical consulting or renewable energy sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in field sales will be an added advantage
