Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive with experience in the banking/financial sector. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, managing field operations, and promoting secured and unsecured loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking products
- Promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.)
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and understand their financial requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Handle end-to-end customer process including documentation and verification
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth
- Ensure compliance with company and banking policies
Required Skills Qualifications
- Proven experience in banking or financial services (2-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of secured unsecured loan products
- Experience in field sales and client handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
