Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients in the stock broking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for stock broking and investment products
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Promote equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and other financial products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Provide investment guidance (basic level) and coordinate with advisory teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Maintain updated records in CRM and ensure proper follow-ups
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and financial products
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in stock broking / financial services sales
- Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales track record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- NISM certification (preferred)
