Position: Business Development Executive

Compensation
- CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Fixed Pay)+ Up to3 LPA (Performance-Based Incentives) + Food/Travel/Accommodation Allowance

Role Overview
This is a high-growth, on-field opportunity where you will spread awareness about NIAT in your assigned region. You will generate student leads and drive paid applications for NAT (Nxtwave Admission Test), the entrance exam for NIAT programs. You will interact with schools, colleges, and students through outreach and demo sessions. This is a travel-intensive, target-driven role requiring strong communication skills and consistent field effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, coaching centers to schedule and deliver engaging student demos
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with 12th school/college principals and educational partners
- Carry out on-ground activities like stalls, events, and promotions to spread awareness.
Who Should Apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi + basic English
- Passion for education, student engagement, and field-based work
- Candidates with 1- 5 years of experience in marketing/sales, business development, or counseling
- Must be open to travel and field visits (reimbursements provided)
- Must own a 2-wheeler & laptop with Valid Driving License.
