We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
