We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned territory, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
