Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Haryana, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting KEMP Tools range of industrial and professional tools. Key tasks include conducting market research, meeting clients, presenting solutions, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular travel within the designated territory will be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and client relationship management
  • Experience in industrial tools, automotive products, or engineering applications preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and closing sales
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within specified timelines
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Fluent in English and any additional local languages is an advantage
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
