Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the field. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales events
