Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales professional for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi. The Field Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales to meet business goals. Responsibilities also include managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to build lasting partnerships. Day-to-day tasks involve identifying new opportunities, presenting solutions to potential customers, and meeting sales targets in a dynamic and results-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying new opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing deals
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage processes, track progress, and optimize sales workflow
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in Field Sales
