Field Sales Executive

Objective of the Position:

The Field Sales Executive (Project Sales) will be responsible for identifying and developing

new project-based business opportunities, building strong relationships with, Contractors,

builders, and corporate clients, and achieving the assigned sales targets within the Noida

region.The role focuses on driving project sales growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and

contributing to the company's long-term business expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new project-based clients (builders, developers, and

contractors).

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, accounts) for smooth project

execution.

Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

Track and follow up on ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors activities, and client requirements.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Key Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of B2B / project-based sales.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Good presentation and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).

13 years of experience in field sales / project sales / B2B sales.

Experience in construction, electrical, or building material industry will be an

added advantage.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork across Noida and nearby regions.
