Gurgaon Mills manufactures Whole Wheat Flour, Pulses, Mustard Oil, Rice and other related grocery items.

We are expanding to Delhi - NCR region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi - NCR for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring New Retailers, maintaining existing retailers relationships, achieving sales targets, presenting products/offers to customers, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. The role involves regular field visits to connect with potential and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Analytical skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Comfort with traveling locally within assigned territory

Experience

• Prior experience in grocery field sales and retailer onboarding are advantageous
• 1-2 Years of field experience in field in Delhi - NCR
