We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through field visits and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
