TWO ROLES, ONE MISSION
We are hiring for two distinct go-to-market tracks. Both roles sell the same premium product. The difference is who you sell to and how you build your pipeline.
ROLE 1 — FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE, RETAIL CHANNEL
What You Will Do
• Map and prospect gyms, wellness centres, boutique hotels, sports stores, and lifestyle retail outlets across Mumbai
• Build a pipeline through cold outreach, walk-ins, referrals, and local networking
• Conduct in-person product presentations and demonstrations at prospect sites
• Onboard new retail partners and maintain strong ongoing relationships to drive reorders and referrals
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed order and handover to operations
• Track all leads, meetings, and pipeline activity and report weekly to the sales lead
• Represent ARC at trade shows, fitness expos, and wellness events in the Mumbai region
Who You Are
• 1–3 years in a field sales, B2C, or channel sales role — fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle consumer goods is a strong plus
• Comfortable walking into a gym or hotel and starting a conversation without a warm introduction
• Energetic, presentable, and genuinely passionate about fitness and recovery
• Organised enough to manage your own pipeline and follow-up cadence without being micromanaged
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage for Mumbai-based outreach
ROLE 2 — FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE, DIRECT B2B
What You Will Do
• Identify and target high-value B2B accounts — gym chains, corporate campuses, sports academies, five-star hotels, hospitals, and rehabilitation centres across Mumbai
• Build relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement heads, wellness directors, founders) through structured outreach and in-person meetings
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and ROI-based presentations tailored to each account's business model
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Work closely with the operations and after-sales team to ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide weekly sales forecasts to the sales lead
Who You Are
• 1–3 years in a B2B field sales role — premium equipment, SaaS, hospitality solutions, or healthcare sales is a strong plus
• Comfortable running a consultative sales conversation with a C-suite or senior operations contact
• Confident, well-presented, and persuasive — able to hold a room and handle objections without losing composure
• Understands that B2B cycles take time and has the patience and discipline to manage a longer pipeline
