Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in construction materials. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector

Visit project sites, contractors, builders, and dealers to promote products

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and pricing

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery

Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales (construction materials preferred)

Strong network with builders, contractors, and dealers

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Basic knowledge of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, couplers, etc.)

Must own a bike and valid driving license

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area

Preferred Skills:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Result-oriented and self-motivated

Good understanding of local market dynamics
