Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities, and promoting AarogyaNIX's suite of medical equipment and solutions. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, handling negotiations, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. Regular travel across the region will be required to meet with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and client relationship management
  • Understanding of medical devices and healthcare industry solutions, including ICU, NICU, OT, and cardiology equipment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in sales tools, CRM software, and basic computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client needs proactively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
  • Comfortable with traveling frequently for on-site client visits and product demonstrations
