We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and increase lead generation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in field sales or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
