Role Description

We are hiring a full-time B2B Field Sales Executive/Manager for our Bangalore team in an on-site role. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and provide excellent post-sale support to clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain B2B relationships.
  • Proven ability in account management and client servicing.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and seize new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Familiarity with corporate sales strategies and field sales operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in managing key accounts, is preferred.
