We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships in their designated territory. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales and committed to achieving results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
