Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Fashion Consultant. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits that align with their preferences and needs while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include offering styling advice, maintaining deep knowledge of current fashion trends, coordinating with the design team, and ensuring the visual merchandising standards are upheld. The role also entails assisting clients with fittings and alterations for a customized experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service expertise with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques, and ethnic wear
• Ability to create personalized style recommendations and perform fittings
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience in retail, fashion consulting, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in maintaining visual merchandising displays is a plus
• An enthusiastic and customer-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Fashion Design, Styling, or related fields is an advantage
