We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in jewellery retail to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling gold, diamond, or luxury jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets
- Handle high-value jewellery sales (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
- Ensure upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
2. Store Operations
- Manage daily store operations efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising as per jewellery retail standards
- Ensure proper display, handling, and safety of jewellery stock
3. Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff
- Monitor team performance and drive productivity
- Ensure staff has strong product knowledge in jewellery
4. Customer Handling
- Provide premium customer experience
- Build long-term relationships with HNI and repeat customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
5. Inventory & Compliance
- Manage stock audits and inventory control
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and store security
- Follow all SOPs specific to jewellery retail
Mandatory Requirement:- Prior experience in jewellery retail (Gold/Diamond/Silver) is compulsory
- Candidates without jewellery industry experience will not be considered
