Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and achieve store KPIs
  • Ensure excellent customer experience & service standards
  • Manage daily store operations smoothly
  • Handle inventory, stock control & shrinkage
  • Lead, train & motivate the store team
  • Maintain visual merchandising & store presentation
  • Monitor billing, cash handling & reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & audits
  • Coordinate with Head Office for stock, promotions & updates

Qualifications

  • Graduation Mandatory
  • 2+ years store management experience
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude
