- Drive sales targets and achieve store KPIs
- Ensure excellent customer experience & service standards
- Manage daily store operations smoothly
- Handle inventory, stock control & shrinkage
- Lead, train & motivate the store team
- Maintain visual merchandising & store presentation
- Monitor billing, cash handling & reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies & audits
- Coordinate with Head Office for stock, promotions & updates
Qualifications
- Graduation Mandatory
- 2+ years store management experience
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
