About the Role

The role involves leading the FPO Accelerator program, ensuring effective execution, partnership management, and support for FPOs in various aspects of their operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the FPO Accelerator program across sourcing, training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Identify, source, and onboard FPOs through partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and ecosystem players.
  • Build and manage partnerships for inputs, credit linkages, market access, and technology solutions; ensure these partnerships deliver tangible value to FPOs.
  • Plan and conduct structured training programs on business planning, value chain development, and market readiness; ensure adoption at FPO level.
  • Deploy solutions with FPOs through field teams, ensuring last-mile implementation and continuous engagement with FPO leadership.
  • Support FPOs in strengthening value chains including aggregation, processing, quality control, packaging, and market linkage.
  • Facilitate access to credit, government schemes, subsidies, CSR and other funding opportunities; support business planning and compliance.
  • Track key performance indicators such as sales growth, market access, and farmer income improvements; use data to refine program strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and partners to ensure smooth program delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing (additional qualification in Agribusiness / Rural Management is a plus).

Required Skills

  • Highly execution-focused with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in field-driven, dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem solver with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative and able to build trust with farmers, FPO leaders, and partners.
  • Clear communicator with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage dashboards, data tracking and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (e.g., email platforms, shared docs).
  • Experience with basic CRM, database or project management platforms is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

C.T.C : 10-15 LPA
