Job Summary

The Growth Support Data Specialist supports the ability of our firm to operate as a data-driven organization by maintaining accuracy and integrity of customer and prospect data. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assist in business decision-making processes. You will work closely with the business and IT teams to ensure accurate data management within the Dynamics 365 system, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of data management practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work with different teams to ensure that data is accurate and optimized for business needs.

Essential Duties

1.Serves as primary resource for customer relationship management (CRM) database support across the firm.

  • Supports and encourages the training and adoption of data tools.
  • Provides assistance capturing account, contact, opportunity and activity data in CRM.
  • Develops and maintains specialized knowledge of firm data platforms to provide unique support for technically complex data and report requests.
  • Adheres to and educates others on firm data integrity policies and procedures.
  • Acquires specialized training and is educated on the proper execution of technical CRM tasks restricted only to those within the growth support data team.
  • Process CRM Service Now tickets within the Enterprise Support Services platform
  • Ability to learn reporting tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI and SQL Basics
  • Assist in collecting, cleansing, and organizing data from Dynamics 365 to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update reports and dashboards to reflect accurate, real-time business performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Dynamics 365 platform by performing routine data checks.
  • Support users with data-related queries and provide basic troubleshooting for data-related issues in Dynamics 365.
  • Help optimize data processes within Dynamics 365 to enhance workflow and improve business outcomes.

2.Training

  • Provides end-user training on adoption and use of firm data tool

3.Training Talent and Team Development

  • Collaborates effectively with Growth Support leaders, team members, other ESS subfunctions, and other internal Firm Client Service (FCS) teams to ensure business needs are met.
  • Provides mentorship to colleagues and supports a collaborative team environment. Ensure effective support of relationship development and growth strategy by collaborating with ESS growth team leaders, engagement leaders, business developers and pursuit team.
  • Collaborates effectively with Growth Support leaders, team members, ESS subfunctions, and other internal Firm Client Service (FCS) teams to ensure business needs are met.

4.Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years experience in related field

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of tools, resources and technology required with assigned responsibilities
  • Proficient customer relationship management software skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse audience both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to learn new platforms and adapt to change
  • Effective organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Effective attention to detail

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years relevant experience in a related field or area
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
