Academic / Admission Counsellor

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000/- +  Performance-based incentives or per-admission bonuses. 

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic / Admission Counsellors who can guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey. You will play a critical role in understanding learners career aspirations, recommending the right programs, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality admission experience.

What You'll Do

• Counsel prospective students and parents through phone calls and video calls

• Understand learner profiles, career goals, and recommend suitable programs

• Clearly explain program structure, curriculum, outcomes, fees, financing options, and placementsupport

• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments within defined timelines

• Maintain accurate and timely updates on CRM systems

• Collaborate closely with admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth learner journey

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

• Handle learner queries and objections with empathy, clarity, and confidence

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling or inside sales (preferred)

• Spoken fluency in any one of the following languages: Bengali / Hindi / English

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

• Strong target-driven mindset with a learner-first approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Willingness to work 6 days a week

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
