Job Title: Faculty & Vendor Partnerships Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Faculty & Vendor Partnerships Executive to lead the sourcing, onboarding, and management of academic faculty and external vendors. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality content delivery by building a strong network of subject matter experts, video production vendors, and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Faculty Sourcing & Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified faculty aligned with program requirements
• Coordinate with internal academic and content teams to understand faculty needs
• Manage end-to-end faculty onboarding including documentation, agreements, and scheduling
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of faculty across domains
• Ensure timely availability of faculty for video shoots and live sessions

2. Vendor & Freelancer Management
• Source and onboard video editors, production agencies, studios, and other vendors
• Manage relationships with freelancers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and turnaround timelines
• Track vendor performance, costs, and delivery SLAs
• Ensure backup vendor availability to avoid project delays

3. Coordination & Execution
• Act as the bridge between internal teams (content, production, operations) and external stakeholders
• Coordinate shoot schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Ensure smooth execution of video production workflows

4. Quality & Process Optimization
• Maintain quality benchmarks for faculty and vendor deliverables
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and turnaround time
• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and vendor/faculty databases

• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
• High ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with content/video production workflows is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0-1 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, recruitment, or operations
• Experience in EdTech or content-driven environments is an advantage
