This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for the role of Factory Head - Denim, Knits, and Wovens Production. The Factory Head will oversee daily operations of production units, ensure adherence to time and quality standards, and manage the end-to-end production process of denim, knits, and wovens. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, ensuring seamless product flow, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operations, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges and ensure efficient operations.

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee seamless workflow and ensure timely outputs.
• Proven ability in Operations Management with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing production efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in Team Management to motivate, organize, and guide diverse teams for optimal performance.
• Experience in Budgeting to manage costs effectively and maintain financial efficiency in factory operations.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, especially in denim, knits, and wovens, with an eye for detail in quality assurance.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively.
• Experience in a similar leadership role within the fashion or apparel manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Textiles, Production, or related fields is preferred.
