Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for distribution channels to achieve business objectives in the life insurance sector.
Oversee and manage the performance of regional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in distribution operations.
Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective channel management and resource allocation.
Evaluate market trends and customer needs to develop competitive products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the distribution network.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all distribution activities.
Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance to senior leadership.

A successful National Head - Distribution should have:
