Role Overview
Teleperformance is hiring Civil Engineers (Executives / Associates level) for a Customer Care Support role. This position requires candidates with prior civil engineering experience, who will support customer queries, coordination, and issue tracking related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure services. The role is ideal for civil engineers looking to transition into a support-based role while leveraging their technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer care support activities related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure queries
- Respond to customer calls/emails regarding civil-related issues and service requests
- Coordinate with internal facilities, vendors, and engineering teams for issue resolution
- Understand and interpret civil-related complaints and provide appropriate guidance
- Track, document, and follow up on service requests and escalations
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Civil engineering experience is required
- Suitable for Executives / Associates-level candidates
- 1–5 years of prior civil engineering experience
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Immediate joiners only (mandatory)
- Willing to work from Mumbai – Malad location
Preferred Skills
- Ability to understand civil drawings, maintenance issues, and technical terminology
- Customer coordination and issue management skills
- Basic knowledge of facilities, maintenance, or infrastructure operations
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Compensation
- Maximum Budget: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
- (Fixed; based on interview performance)
