Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Design end-to-end F&A solutions aligned to client business objectives and transformation goals
- Translate client requirements (RFP/RFI) into structured solution architecture and service offerings
- Develop solution components including scope, SOW, SLAs, pricing models, and business outcomes
- Integrate delivery, transition, transformation, and technology capabilities into unified solutions
Pre-Sales & Bid Management
- Support sales teams in RFP/RFI response creation and proposal development
- Lead solution presentation, client discussions, and proposal defense sessions
- Prepare pitch decks, collateral, and business case presentations for clients
- Manage bid lifecycle including review, governance approvals, and risk assessment
Commercial & Financial Modelling
- Build pricing models, cost breakdown structures, and TCO analysis
- Evaluate deal profitability and ensure commercially viable solutions
- Support contract negotiations including SLAs, commercials, and governance terms
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Act as key solutioning point of contact during sales cycles
- Engage with clients to understand pain points and business challenges
- Influence client decision-making by presenting value-driven solutions
- Coordinate across global, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Market & Domain Expertise
- Maintain strong awareness of F&A industry trends, outsourcing models, and competitors
- Provide insights on automation, digital transformation, and cognitive F&A solutions
- Benchmark solutions against market standards and best practices
Transition & Delivery Support
- Support transition from sales to delivery teams post deal closure
- Ensure solution feasibility and alignment with operational delivery capabilities
- Assist in implementation planning and risk mitigation strategies
