Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Implementation & Support

• Implement and support SAP SD modules in S/4HANA environments
• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Provide configuration support for pricing, billing, delivery, and sales order processing

Business Requirement Analysis

• Understand business processes and translate them into SAP SD solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to design functional solutions
• Provide solution designs for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)

Integration Management

• Manage integration of SAP SD with MM, FICO, and Production Execution (PE) modules
• Handle EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes
• Manage IDoc processing for system integrations

Configuration & Functional Design

• Perform SAP standard configuration for SD processes
• Ensure alignment of configuration with business requirements
• Support solution design and functional documentation

Incident & Ticket Management

• Monitor support ticket queues and ensure resolution within SLA timelines
• Handle production issues, defects, and user queries
• Provide timely resolution and root cause analysis

Project Participation

• Participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements
