Description
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD/CS professional with 12-15 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution as well as Customer Service modules to optimize our business processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SD/CS modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities in sales and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD/CS with other modules like MM and FI.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD/CS issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD/CS configurations and processes.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for end-users.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in SAP SD/CS module.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and customization related to Sales and Distribution and Customer Service.
- Proficient in understanding business processes related to order management, pricing, and billing.
- Experience with integration of SAP SD/CS with other modules like MM, PP, and FI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- SAP certification in SD/CS is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
