The WRICEF Developer – Finance will be responsible for ABAP development of conversions, enhancements, and interfaces, with a focus on Material and Product Costing processes. The role requires a technical leader who can partner with business functional personnel, educate stakeholders on Fit-to-Standard principles in SAP S/4HANA (RISE Private Cloud), and implement solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate is capable of designing technical specifications, programming required configurations, and performing solution testing to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ABAP-based Conversions, Enhancements, and Interfaces for Finance processes, focusing on Material and Product Costing.
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for new functionalities that improve business efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical design, documentation, and configuration support in alignment with ERP/S4 SAP standards.
• Educate business and IT personnel on Fit-to-Standard best practices and clearly articulate when customizations are required.
• Assist in the development of technical specifications and execute required programming/configuration tasks.
• Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute knowledge on system enhancements, new functionality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work independently with minimal guidance while supporting cross-functional teams and IT colleagues.

Experience Requirements

• 10–15 years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years focused on S/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Finance, Material Ledger, and Product Costing.
• Proven track record in WRICEF development within ECC and S/4 environments.
