Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Export Documentation to manage end-to-end export documentation and coordination within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export processes for finished formulations and strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete pre & post export documentation
- Coordinate with CHA (Clearing House Agent) for shipment processing
- Manage freight booking and ensure timely follow-ups
- Track vessel movements and coordinate with insurance companies
- Handle bank documentation and payments in compliance with terms
- Arrange BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) and follow up on Bill of Lading
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth export operations
- Communicate with authorities, customers, and suppliers across geographies
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Pharma Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in export documentation (Pharma – Finished Formulation preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance
- Experience in dealing with CHA and logistics partners
- Good understanding of banking procedures in exports
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
