Sales Manager – Vashi Location Concept Selling -Shipping Software

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager with a strong foundation in concept selling and shipping solutions. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for international client engagement and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through concept-driven sales approaches

• Develop tailored shipping solutions and pitch them effectively to clients

• Build and nurture relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

• Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and client success

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 5–6 years of experience in business development within the shipping industry

• Proven ability to manage international client relationships

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
