Role Overview

• Position: Executive - Human Resources
• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site)
• Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)
• Special Requirement:Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring cycles to meet aggressive recruitment targets.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (Job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting).
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for various insurance-related roles.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Sourcing and Bulk Hiring.
• Language:Must be proficient in Marathi (Speaking and Understanding).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Attributes: High energy levels and the ability to work under pressure.
