Job Description

About the role:

In this role, you'll develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates and work closely with hiring managers to tailor recruitment plans. You'll manage large-scale recruitment events, ensure a smooth hiring process, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you'll track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the process.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Workplace Type: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year (Internships included)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy:

○ Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.

○ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.

2. Sourcing and Screening:

○ Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.

○ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates fit for roles based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

3. Coordination and Execution:

○ Manage the scheduling and coordination of large-scale recruitment events, such as job fairs and mass interviews.

○ Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from application through to offer and onboarding.

4. Stakeholder Management:

○ Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand specific hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

○ Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders.

5. Candidate Experience:

○ Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.

○ Address candidate queries and provide support to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.

6. Data and Reporting:

○ Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. ○ Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
